Chemotherapy face and chest flushing

Just had my second EC chemotherapy and have now had face and chest flushing for the last 3 days it seems to come and go but my face is quite hot what if anything is the best thing to put on my skin to cool it down. As I'm quite aware not to use any perfumed lotions or creams and have been using simple and aveeno.

    Hi Tanpep,

    Yes this happened with me after EC too and normally lasted about 4/5 days afterwards. Tbh, I just splashed my face with cold water when it felt particularly hot and rode it out. 

    You´re right to use unperfumed creams. I went to a health food store to get some skin care body lotion etc after diagnosis to use post chemo which has been good. 

    I hope it settles down soon xx
