Being post menopausal can lower your sex drive so being put into a medical menopause with zoladex, then taking exemestane on top to stop your fat cells producing oestrogen, can both lower sex drive.
The zometa is a bisphosphonate so I don't think that would make a difference.
We have to go through a lot unfortunately! I had chemo as well (that really lowers your sex drive!) and I am on zoladex and exemestane. It took me a long time to get my mojo back and even now, my libido is a bit low - but don't underestimate what having cancer and all the body changes that come with it can do in that department.
I am very much enjoying everything again, but I am more tired out these days which doesn't help. I had vaginal atrophy following chemo and menopause too, but that has eased and my GP also gave me a non-hormonal moisturiser to use twice a week which helps.
If you're finding you have a low libido, try not to worry too much. Things should hopefully get back on track in time
