I going ahead with chemo , my choice after oncotype results.
Do NHS offer cold compress for hands/ feet,?
I realized you can get cold caps for hair, I understand that you get issues with fingernails , toe nails .So I kinda thought why not cold compress for hands / feet.
Would I need to buy it myself from say Amazon?
Thanks
May depend on the hospital. Mine didn't; told me I could bring ice cubes from home.
I did get a bit of an issue with finger nails, but it resolved without me losing any nails, it just scared me for a while because the way it looked at first was the same it would have looked if I had developed liver trouble. Took two consecutive blood tests to convince me my liver was fine.
