I had my 2 year mammogram last Oct and felt the same. All the worried negative thoughts trampled through my head.i think it's natural to feel a bit like that although I'd tried my best to keep positive. It was all fine and I cried when I got the letter ! Am told it gets a bit easier. Hope all is well.
Fir me it's be3n an annual feature since my first annual check up in 2016. See my profile as I've had two scares that hit me hard. I also get the phantom pain 5ill I get the "all good". I think we just prepare ourselves for bad news as diagnosis has knocked our confidence as we didn't feel ill wh3n diagnosed.
