I'm sorry to hear you've been having back pain. I've only just had my surgery and I'm unsure if anyone has experienced back as a result of a lumpectomy.
I would encourage you to speak to your GP or breast care nurse to get it checked out. It could be something totally unrelated but I know when I was diagnosed I was having back pain and they sent me for scans to see if it was to do with my breast cancer - it wasn't luckily and I found out I had sciatica. So likewise your back pain could just be a coincidence but so important to get checked.
