So I've been posting on this website for a while, I am 36 nearly 3 weeks since surgery.

I'm regaining my energy levels

I feel different.

Bearing in mind I came off contraceptive pill last nov ,just had me cancer lump taken out , been off work so  not working through covid as a cleaner.

This strange difference , this strange tiredness I felt seems to be not here.

I suffer PTSD and was out of work for along time, had these bouts of tiredness, aches, which I believe was fibromyalgia chronic stress.

Went on for 9 years ,went away , came back last 2 years I felt off , not right,,so I believe was fibromyalgia being triggered by covid had blood tests found nothing other then low gfr- normal , kidney on scans showed  normal ,over the years before I was diagnosed.

I've just been through alot these last few months, triggers also with my PTSD,  internal I feel like I should feel like I felt exhausted ,achey,, like I can't get out of bed but I don't feel that way.

I'm wondering when my cancer was  growing it upped the symptoms of tiredness  and made me feel like something wasn't right.

  • So sorry no one has answered you so replying to get you bumped up the listing in the hope that some amazing woman answer you. Love from Ann

  • Hi Etna, I hope you are still recovering well and that the tiredness hasn’t returned. I think we all react very differently to our treatment and I hope you are still feeling positive.

  • Hi thanks, yeah I'm pretty sure it was the cancer that was causing it as I've yet to have any of the strange tiredness & feelings I had before.

I feel tired but it's a normal tired one which I feel like I haven't experienced in a long time.

    Hopefully it won't come back.
