I have just started Chemo for my Breast Cancer and I am so tired. I just want to curl up in bed and sleep. I have been looking at recipe books, but hey all seem so time consuming and to be honest, I am getting more tired just thinking of making them. Any suggestions. Thank you x
Hi, my oncologist recommended trying to take a walk every day, even when I felt very tired. Mostly I managed this. Even if it was only 10 mins, and to be honest I did find that getting outside for some exercise helped me feel less tired. Good luck, I hope the fatigue passes soon
Yes, I totally agree. Luckily, my mum is staying with me to help out with my son. But I do feel guilty she is doing so much, even though she wouldn't have it any other way. I am so blessed to have an amazing family and friends who support me, but knowing it's going to potentially get worse is overwhelming sometimes.
Yes, I have also been recommended to do that. I will try and muster the will power. I didn't think it would come on this quickly to be honest. x
This may seem like strange advice , force yourself to do some physical it makes body function better. For example when I felt tired I went for a walk not long and without fail I felt better at end of walk and I slept properly so gradually became less tired.
tey porridge as it lasts a while in your body and add fruit for vitamins
