I have been suffering with itchy breasts and nipples but it seems to be more the left nipple and boob and its a deep itch like i want to rip it off thats how much it itches it’s driving me mad now spoke to my nurse about it they just ain’t listening to me n I’m worried now

    If in doubt book an appointment with your GP.  It may just be an allergic reaction or an infection.  But it is best to get it looked at.  The nurse is most likely right but to put your mind at rest get it checked as any change to your breasts should be looked at.
