I am tearing my hair out here regarding constant UTI.
I have been recommended somewhere on this forum D-Mannose which I plan to order now on Amazon.
I am asking should I ditch the normal cranberry tablets I have been taking once i get the D-Mannose ? The cranberry were super strength but just are not doing the trick.
Drinking gallons of water.
Could someone out there let me know?

Definitely ditch the cranberry! That has sugar in it as well as the d-mannose you need. Sugar just keeps your UTI going.
I use d-mannose and it is brilliant. It should stop that cycle of antibiotics, cleared up then another UTI. You may need antibiotics to clear an active infection, but the d-mannose should keep it away.
If you've been taking antibiotics, then I'd also take a course of probiotics or drink kefir.
You may also have thrush as a result of any antibiotics - that can sometimes feel like a UTI so you might want to treat for that too.

Yes take probiotics already .
Absolutely cr….it that Tamoxifen will bring all this back up .
My GP has tentatively suggested daily low dose AB as a possible option .
I now have a telephone appointment with my oncologist tomorrow night and will discuss preventative measures with her as well as D- Mannose .
