My mum is currently on oral chemotherapy which since starting she has got hyperpigmentation all over her face so her complexion is now obviously darker than it was which is making her feel self conscious and worried. She experienced the same during her first cycle of chemo last year but then this went away when they switched chemo to carboplatin and Paclitaxel, however, since now starting oral chemo it has come back. Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to treat/help reduce hyperpigmentation?
