Thanks for the app. It really can be very useful. It can also be useful Mood Swings: Causes and Risk Factors | Calmerry I have already experienced it myself. I had frequent mood swings and couldn't do anything about it. The online therapy helped me deal with it, it can also help deal with the cause of the stress.
