Sleeping after lumpsectomy

Hi, 

How do you sleep after lumpsectomy.Standard lumpsectomy ,2-3 lympnode removed,& lump & extra tissue and week since surgery.

I've lots of pillows , been sleeping upright but it's not working anymore back ache, not sleeping well.

I would like to look forward going to sleep.

    i used a big v pillow my daughter in law had for breast feeding 

  • Hi , I had to learn to sleep on my back, as a former side sleeper. Had extra pillows under my head and another at the side for my arm - somehow I felt I needed the arm propped up. Horrible at first but I got used to it. Pillows were the key. Happily I’m now back to side sleeping but it took ages for it to feel ok. Xxx
