High ALT after breast operation

Hi, I had an operation for breast cancer and lymph node removal on December 21st and when I woke up from the operation I was in agony with upper left q pain. I was violently sick and managed to stagger to GP two days later to discover my LTSderanged. ALT 677. Anyone else experienced this after this type of operation? Blue dye? Thanks
