Ok, so my nails have started to split half way up the nail bed and started to tear across the nail. You may want to try this remedy that I have had a go at today and so far my nails are still intact. Cut a small piece of micropore to fit over the damaged nail, apply the micropore to the nail and then apply several layers of clear nail varnish. Doesn't look too noticeable on the nails and it acts as a repair whilst the tear grows out. Good luck in keeping your nails on!
