Hi
I'm new I just found out that I have invasive ductal breast cancer
Hi Shirlsstaff, I'm so sorry to hear that. It's great you've found this website as there are lots of lovely supportive ladies.
You are at the very early stages of the process and in my opinion the worst part as all the waiting to find out what you are facing and what your treatment plan will be is extremely stressful. From all the posts I've read everyone including myself feels a lot better once they reach the treatment plan stage so in the meantime try not to overthink things, take one day at a time, don't google for information as a lot of it is wrong and don't assume the worst.
Breast cancer is very treatable these days with a very high success rate.
And keep posting on here as often as you need to as someone including myself will get back to you.
Wishing you all the best x
