Hmm ok I think. Not too uncomfortable but having to tell myself it was fine to take all morning to have a wash, do a round of laundry because I just wanted to wash everything I took to hospital, then do one round of shoulder exercises which left me worrying I’d damaged my lymph node wound but in reality think I’d got stiff and in fact I need to do them again. Tangling drainage bottle tubes round every door handle. How about you? X

Hi, I had my left breast removed and lymph node biopsy. My consultant does not use drains. The worst pain is from under my arm. I have been coping with ibuprofen and paracetamol but may need t have codeine now bruising is beginning to manifest. I cannot do any exercises until next Tuesday thank goodness. X

Hi, wondering how you are today. I went to clinic as consultant wanted to see me after he had finished morning patients. He was worried about my healing as I have skin that’s very fragile due to medication. I was very worried all morning but tears of joy as I’m healing- which was not at all certain. X

Hello, sorry sleepy for most of the day. Swelling under the arm is easing off but burning pains where my breast was now. I have to see breast care team Monday with the amount of discomfort I'm having now I won't want anyone within two yard's of me lol. Codeine and chocolate are my comfort.
