Enlarged nodes after Covid vaccine?

Always best to get it checked out, just in case, but yes, enlarged nodes are a side effect of the vaccine. I found the following on one of the nhs sites

“A less common side effect is swelling of the glands. This starts a few days after the vaccine and may last for up to 2 weeks. This is to be expected and is a sign of the immune system responding to the vaccine.”

Hi , definitely get it checked out but just wanted to add, ive just had the first jab today (hooray) and I do the ‘Join Zoe’ COVID-19 symptom reporting app each day. When I entered my vaccine today, it asked if I had any symptoms and one of them was swollen nodes. Nothing for me atm but I’ve only just had it. Also I’ve seen other posts here I’m sure where people had this. Let us know how it goes at the clinic, good luck with it all, HFxx

Hi  it was in the armpit. I didn’t feel it, it was found when they did the CT scan. I had the vaccine 2 weeks before the scan. x

I am 6 weeks post 2nd vaccine, have a lesion in left breast awaiting results of biopsy, needle aspiration had blood in. Th lesion isn’t under armpit so I’m unsure what to think ? Could there be a connection? 

I had a swollen lymph node whilst having my ultrasound,  and person took a biopsy. Unfortunately it was cancerous .
