I have stage 4 breat cancer which has spread to my lung. My oncologist has told me that although stage 4 it is low volume snd 'eminently treatable '.I am starting Hormonal therapy next week. Palbociclib and Letrozol. Anyone else on the same treatment would be grateful for any thoughts.

I don't have any experience to share with you, I'm afraid but I wanted to bump your post up the list.

Hi, I have secondary breast cancer with a number of small tumours (3?) n my lungs. I was diagnosed in September 2019 and have been on the same regime as you since then. It seems to have been working well - the tumours remain stable - and the only problem is fatigue. How are you getting on with it after 5 months?
