I've been diagnosed with breast cancer with cancer in the left breast but recently I've just been feeling that my right breast hurts as well and my nipples are sore. I also have a dull pain in the left breast. Ameen I just imagining the pain in my right breast. I'm starting chemo on 6th Jan

A warm welcome to the online community, though sorry you have a need to be here.

It's possible you are imagining the pain - I think we all get lots of new and scary pains when we get a cancer diagnosis - human nature, I guess. Having said that, it's best o get it checked out anyway - maybe have a chat with your BCN.
