Hi Hecate welcome to the forum. I know that screening was halted during Covid and now been restarted. However, Im not sure about Annual Mammograms I know people here in Scotland are having to wait up to 4 weeks, that said its your body and your life so keep on at them until they send you an appointment. x
I had my first annual in July I was told annual to op not to last mammo . My BC told me to ring her in the June . She then went along corridor to check I was in appointments and confirmed it with me . So ring your BC and nag !
I'm in Wales. Mines been getting later and later every year. Should be July as annual to op but last year ( year 4 ) was October. No appointment yet for this year
I think that some routine appointments are being postponed again, and someone I know who is a doctor in Gloucestershire said that only urgent blood tests are now being done there. It's meant to be annually from surgery. Mine should have been April but was July due to covid, but my surgeon said it would be April next year.
