I'm very sorry to read that you have got such bad news. 

You may not realise, but you've posted in the breast cancer group, the new site isn't as easy to navigate around as it was previously and they are doing a lot to try and make it easier for people to negotiate their way around.  I struggled to find this link myself - but this is the link the Thyroid cancer group, if you click it, you will be taken there.

However, we do have a very active 'Awake' thread on the breast cancer group and as this is one of the most popular groups because of the number of ladies diagnosed, you are more than welcome to join in with the ladies on there who spend their time at night when they are awake having chats. I was going to give you a link to this, but am happy to see that you've found it when I went to the link...

As I've had breast cancer, I can't give any advice/support re thyroid cancer, but I'm sure you'll get lots of advice from the thyroid group.
