Tamoxifen

Hi Ali789, i also have problems sleeping on tamoxifen,  sometimes im up all night and sometimes get intermittent sleep. I have found using lavender pillow mist is good (body shop) and there is a balm called badgers sleep balm which is very relaxing. I also try and walk a couple of times a day to tire me out but doesnt really work. I hope you can find a pattern that suits you. Best of luck.

Read 'The Sleep Book' by Guy Meadows. It was life changing for me as had tried everything I could. I now just don't care if i have a bad night! Read it cover to cover as the end stuff is the best.
