Mastectomy and self isolating

Hi, Hope all is well following your surgery and that you are recovering well.  I had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago and they advised me that I would not need to self isolate following surgery.  My consultant advised me that I could go out but to wear a mask if out shopping etc.
