Evening all. I havnt had a normal sleep for nearly two years. I do sleep but weird times. I can go to bed exhausted but only get to sleep between 2 and 3 in the morning. Then I end up getting up about 11 in the morning. I'm hoping to return to work soon after being furloughed but I really don't know how I will get through the day when I will have to get up early to get to work. Any ideas?
