Interesting question. Same here 0.99% and supposed to be at 1% minimum for my next chemo session.
After the first session, I had neutophils sepsis and spent 3 days in hospital.
Just imagine how scared I am now. Next session on Monday a weekend for these neutrophils to go up 
The injections are supposed to boost them.
