I fell asleep about 1030pm then woke with that panic again, so I just wanted to say just coming on here reading every ones stories really help me, so thank you for sharing your experiences xx

  • Hello , I think many of us know that feeling only too well.  Along with the ...... out of the blue you want to shout out.... 'do you know what I am going though' or 'do you know what is happening to me' or so many other thoughts.  Your reactions are normal, you do need to look at the Mind thinking apps - breathing and different things to do to send you to sleep... they include things like tensing muscles at the feet and the working up the body - most times you might just be lucky and fall to sleep before you reach the head.

A good place for you to write is on the 'AWAKE' thread - most of us pop in and out of there during the night and the day and everything and anything is discussed.

Keep remembering 'You will get though this - you have got your ticket for the roller-coaster ride you never wanted to get on... you have been pushed on to the ride and away you will go whoooshhh...... you will have 'ups and downs' - but, you must keep remembering 'you will get though this' - you will get to the end of the ride.... and think 'wow' I have done amazing!!

Hoping this gives you a link to the 'Awake' thread.

    Now get to sleep xx

I'm hoping this makes sense - only my mind says one thing and my fingers type whatever they like x

    Hiya

Hopefully I can give you a couple of tips to help find your way around easier  Wink

If you look on the right hand side, you will see a box marked 'Discussion tools' There is an option there "Save this Discussion in my Favourites'

Any discussion you select this for will save them under the 'Favourites' tab on your profile page which makes any pages you visit often or want to keep up to date with a lot easier to find.

If after you have posted a message you spot a typo or something doesn't read right - Look next to where it says Alert Moderator and you will see the word 'More' (you will only see this under your own messages) If you click the word More you will get two options; To Edit or Delete your message. Great for editing Predictive Text Cockerels Rooster or those moments when your fingers are working great but your brain is still asleep Hugging

    Hugs, G n' J
