I`m on Oestrogen blockers ( Anastrozole ) as many of you lovely people probable are, does anyone take Turmeric in there diet while on this drug please, read ups bit confusing some negative some positive, any info please.
Hi Shamaria I think you should ask your doctor first if its safe to take any dietary supplements or something like turmeric.
If you want to take turmeric as cancer treatment or preventing cancer to come back I have to dissapoint you.I believed it can help but didnt.I was having turmeric included in my food almost every day 2,5 years ago after had first cancet recurrence and had treatment for it.After I finished treatment I started to put turmeric in to my food I drank turmeric tea.And last year my cancer returned in my lungs liver and kidney.I was also trying gojji berries.And now having treatment again.
Sorry I dissapoint you but be carefull with these "miracle" diet supplements or "superfood".I dont believe it anymore.There are not enough proof its working for people.
Now I am just eating healthy no red meat,lots of veg,beans,lentils and bowl of fruit every day.Max.what I take is vitamin C for immunity and vitamin D.
Hi Janet500 thank you for your reply i was diagnosed bc 2,5 years ago too, i am a vegetarian have no meat, eat loads veg / fruit / nut butters ect, i will steer clear of it then, hope you are feeling ok today. Shamarla.
Hi Shamaria yeah i am feeling quiet well.If i wasnt diagnosed I wouldn't say I have stage 4 cancer.Dont have almost any side effects from chemo except hair loss and anxiety issues.
