I started the second phase of my chemo treatment last week with the first Docetaxel + herceptin and pertuzumab. The tumour which I’d felt getting much smaller through my 4 EC treatments has had a big reaction to the targeted drugs - it’s really tender, more prominent (in a matter of days) and I get shooting pains through it. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it the drug working it’s magic or not a good reaction?
I can’t find any references online. Will check in with my medical team tomorrow.
Hello
Yes I had sensations too. I've had 2 sessions of docetaxol herceptin and perjeta and had MRI last week and it shows my tumour had almost disappeared. How big was your tumour?
