Hello ,
Feeling a bit daunted by it all really. Just starting out on my journey!
How do you get all the hair out of your clothes and bedding and anything else, when it falls out, please? My hair is short and thin and sticking to everything. I've tried a scarf. Didn't work. I thought losing my hair wouldn't matter but it does. I was unable to get a wig before the virus and now they are all closed including the online business. Just finding it hard which is what you are all doing.
Hi floss b
sorry you're finding it hard to cope with, I've no practical advice on losing hair as mines still intact for now, although seems I've stopped cold capping I'm sure it wont be long till it's coming out. I'd say hoover them up ?
Also I've just checked and headscarves by Ciara is still operating online . I got a wild wig from these it's called a gym and swim wig , maybe have a look see what you think. They do more conventional ones with hats /scarves and headbands . They also do hats and bandanas.
Hope this helps

Hi floss b
my story on profile if you want to read just click on my name
Couple of things you can do about hair ..you can get bamboo beanie sleep caps on line so hair loss stays inside cap . Amazon do some all reasonable priced .
Also on Amazon are lint rollers they are brill at lifting hairs from beds and clothing .
Feel free to ask any other questions .

Hi Floss b,
I used the cold cap, but I still lost about half of my hair. Upsetting and annoying. I bought a sticky roller from Amazon. I think it was under the pet supplies section.... I rolled the bedding every morning and clothes every day before washing and it really cut down on the number of hairs lurking around the house.
Take care,

Hi floss b,
I have a couple of wigs but to be honest I very rarely wear them. I bought a lovely range of beanies and scarves from Amazon and I find them really comfortable. I also bought a couple of sleep caps which catch any hair that falls out overnight but also keep your head warm later on. Once my hair started to fall out I had it shaved off - no 1 all over!!! I was quite upset when my hair started to fall out even though I expected it. I found shaving it all off quite empowering!!!
