Finally got to look at my pathology for both biopsy and lumpectomy PT1CPNO

PR8
HER2 0
KI67 50% (VERY HIGH)
Clear margins , lymph nodes clear but show reactive changes (possible infection somewhere)
Original plan was lumpectomy with snb-done radiotherapy followed by tablets.
Then after op was told might not have to have radiotherapy but will need letrozole :-s
Now tables have turned again as ki67 was high they have sent for oncotype testing. so have to wait 3 weeks for results
Re ki67 and oncotype is there usually a lot of difference in the scores ? Is it possible the oncotype will fall into low bracket or do they usually align?
