Hi can i ask i have had a full left mastectomy and use a silicone breast.. Hiwever as i am going into the menapause my weight keeps going up so does my breast size... I have noticed these ones where you can pump up the breast with air.. Are these any good as a size 16 persin i need something with a bit of weight lije the silicone to loik natural any help please if these are like that
