It could be the Ibandronic acid making you feel sick, do you have a large glass of water with it, stay upright and no food for 30 to 60 minutes? My Oncologist said adhere to the directions of how it should be taken.
I don't know about Adcal, I'm not on it and not sure that Letrozole would make you feel sick, but in my experience after 18 months I do know the Ibandronic Acid can irritate.
