Hi there I changed from Letrozole to Tamoxifen 6 months ago as I had started getting UTI’s after 2 years of being on it. Now I am starting to get them again. I was given Ovestin cream to use twice a week. Have started using it but feel I need it more often maybe daily for now. I’m also taking antibiotics for now for UTI not sure if they are working. Has anyone had this experience. Does anyone use Ovestin. Does anyone have any advice please? Thanks
