I was due to have my results on Wednesday just received a generic text to say that most appointments have been cancelled only turn up if you get a follow up call or text, I m devasted, imagining all sorts.
Oh mimi that's awful . I saw the Swansea bay message last week and they said cancer treatment would continue . You would hope they would at least ring with results . The not knowing is the worse xxx
I rang the hospital this morning to check and was told they were unsure but some one would ring me back, shortly after a kind lady from Port Talbot hospital rang and confirmed my appointment for tomorrow in on. I am so relieved. At least I will have my results and ongoing treatment plan. The text was a generic blanket notification but one that’s caused many people like me a sleepless night.
