Hi all, I’m TNBC diagnosed Dec 2019 started chemo and about to have 3rd round today. I already have endocrine issues (hypothyroidism/ hyperparathyroidism) and cortisol was pretty low few years ago but did rise to 300/400 finally so was left. Trouble is steroid u get after chemo has meant my adrenals got lazy and 8.30am morning blood test showed cortisol only 119 (range is 133 lowest) so looking like my adrenals are packing up. Has anyone else been knocked into Addison’s disease due to this? I’m awaiting call from oncologist today after she speaks to endocrinology.
Thanks
