  • Taxanes are the easiest to manage with cold capping, with most people retaining 80% or so of their hair, as opposed less than 30% retaining 50% of their hair with FEC/EC. I wonder if it would work on them all? Amazing if they could do it though!!

  • Yes, Beachwalker ......it is an interesting article because they are right when they say hair loss continues to be a very sensitive issue at a time when one has to grapple with so many fast moving factors and make so many decisions. I guess we can all be grateful to the extent that research has mapped our current treatment but it's good to read the scientists are not stopping with the progress they have already made but are continuing in a bid to make treatment even less daunting and successful in the future.

    I’m glad mine has now grown back a bit, but it is a risk for some ppl that it might not ever grow back.

    I really hope more is done regarding this issue.
