I see there’s a documentary tonight on BBC2 at 21:00 on trials for a treatment described as the beginning of the end of cancer. No other info at present.

Hi Snowys Mum Yes I found it really “heavy” going
The ending, whereby the trials had paved the way for the other patients to have an increase in life meant that there was a balance against the sadness of the two trial participants’ deaths.

I started to watch it but as the kids were around I switched off (as they get upset). But will defo watch on iPlayer next week when they are at school. Will I need a hanky at the ready?
