I am sorry you are having a melt down..... you're not alone. Slow down, take some deep breaths:

Think how far you have come.
Remember it has to get worse before it gets better.
Remember it 'will' get better.
Remember also how rubbish PMT is, its like the devil just waiting to jump on you if it sees you're feeling down.

You are bound to be nervous and worried, but keep it mind it is for the better - You can do this.

The thread that is best during the night is called 'Awake" - Londonlass started it, its the place to go when during the night (daytime too), but especially during the night hours.

Sending you a big hug, hoping tomorrow goes well and most importantly 'Happy Birthday Greetings' for the day after.... mine is next week :)

Hoping you have now managed to fall asleep. Oww and one more thing, try some 'deep breathing / mindfulness' - have a look for the apps - they really helped me.
