Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.
It was so cold today HappyFeet1 so although Dexter has a double curl woolly coat he needed his thermal Jkt on . I had that many layers on I couldn't bend over Lovely tree pics with dusk sky making them dramatic shots .
welcome think you might show us all up with the amount of exercise you've got planned . I need to up my walking again because of treatment weight gain and xmas lol I use wii machine if I don't go out takes ten minutes to do 1000 steps . I use a wrist step counter so I can push myself a little a a time and build energy levels back up . Best of luck with weight loss , remember slow but sure weight loss is best .
Hi Santababy I'm biased but have to agree he's a very cute dog ..he knows it if we're out as soon as he hears the sound of Awww! He stops ready for fuss of whoever spotted him . His fur is getting shaggy at The minute which I like but I keep trimming around eyes
so he can see . Will need to take him to a local groomer as his breeder/ groomer is in Cumbria so can't go there . When I do he'll look like a completely different dog .
Your blue sky looks brill today where was it ?
I’m in Chester, Cheshire, it was just glorious so we made the most of it with a 2 hour walk as tomorrow is forecast to be a washout so may not get out much. Xx
Huge hugs x

Well hello everyone and well done for keeping active and busy.
Moomy glad you are doing Adriene, I know she natters on a bit but I love her all the same! Last few years I have completed 30 days late Feb or early March. This year, as I’m wfh I’m on track which is amazing, definitely better if you can do it daily.
Violetsniff you mentioned the sound of the water, this is from Sunday when we went to the beach for my birthday walk. It was lovely and I have decided 50 is the new 30
Have a good day everyone
I'm loving all these pictures of the beautiful walks. I have 13 more days of self isolation to do and it's amazing how much you miss outdoors when you can't go!
I've done 45 minutes cardio walking this morning on my video. just having a water and then going to clean all the things, then maybe do it all again!
