Well. Welcome to this thread.
You may be surprised why it is here or happy it is here. Then again: ‘You have got to be joking! Do you know what is wrong with me?’ may be your response.
This all began on the Extreme Fatigue thread. On there several people wanted and needed inspiration/incentive to get out and walk. Many people see the benefits of it in their life and to help on this; mad journey, train ride, rollercoaster ride and other positively rude words journey called Breast Cancer.
It is not a thread created to make anyone feel less than they do at present. It is not a thread that will set people against one another. Being competitive with yourself or a simple challenge to yourself is the point, but not a race against others is a key premis.
The idea is that you can do any of these or none:
Well here goes.
Either it will grow and blossom, with lots of lovely people benefiting. Or I will have egg all over my face – not for the first time in my chequered life and career.
Leolady – may be adding in the odd gallop to my walks.
PS if you don't like us don't be cruel.
Ha ha ...I was going to say the same!I double dare you,....I think you should ask a John L assistant to get a photo...and Party Me is good...we do it so often...enjoy!!xx PS I will watch evening local News to see if you are on it!!xx
Leolady56 tagging not working but don't struggle in those cuffs kuz they chafe..ahem, so I hear! We can rustle you up a few character witnesses and some sciencey evidence that the lunch contained elements that affected your otherwise saintlike behaviour!
Well I too had a girly day out, pal bagged some clothes bargains and over red velvet cake and tea, there was a revelation! You will have to consult the awake thread.
Poor doggy is still lame and very happy to sofa surf.
Well done walkers, shufflers, good intentioners and unincarcerated gallopers

Hi lovely ladies,
Just been reading through this wonderful thread, and all the fabulous pictures, wish I lived near some of them, would love to be able to walk along the beach.
well you have inspired me to get my walking boots out and go for a walk with the dog, and intended to do a gentle 20 mins, but ended up walking for 40 mins, very pleased with myself.
Thankyou ladies for your inspiration, my walk is not as interesting or beautiful as yours, but enjoyed it all the same.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Love and Hugs Jenny xxx
