So in  5 days time I have the operation to remove the tumour - randomly known as Ian.
Happy wedding anniversary, LeoLady
I haven’t figured out how to tag in here yet....
I have managed to read most of The Operation thread while in waiting rooms and waking up not able to sleep at night lately. You ladies are fantastic....and a bit crazy...I like it!
Chuckles, sending you good energy from away for your mx, hope that you breeze through with great meds and a deft surgeon ❤️
And good luck to all this week with appts, results, chemo xx
We resemble that remark. Think there is a lot waiting room action around here - too much sometimes. Boo hoo
Here goes:
@Wink is written then when you see it in pale blue it is the tag and click on it.
You will get a list of names in a white box appear as you are typing, careful you aren't too eager and hit one that isn't a person you want to tag. To be honest I type the whole name.
I can't do this on my iphone or ipad. Just on laptop. But someone will know how to

Hi Leolady,Â
I think you have to use the old editor to make tagging work? I will try it on the next message...

Hi ladies, it seems there aren’t any notifications coming my way again, I just thought you were all being a bit quiet.
Happy Anniversary Lindsay
Ive had a good couple of days, SE are definitely on the way out and I’m feeling the most normal I’ve been in 3 months. Visited a friend yesterday for lunch, it was nice to get out of here and she did me a bacon sandwich with crusty bread and Daddies sauce at my requst, mmmmm it was delicious.
Had a call from my GP today as I had a blood test yesterday and the results were back, it seems I have anaemia which I’m guessing the chemo has caused, he wants me to go on iron tablets but I really don’t want to do so. They make you constipated and I cannot let that keep happening due to some problems that being constipated on chemo have brought back. I’ve had to have surgery before and I just do not want to be in that position again. Has anyone got any ideas as to something else they may have taken to combat the problem?
It‘s grey and cold here again, when is our summer going to start, I want to sit out in the garden with a good book and feel some warmth.
Hope all is well with you all xxxxxxx
Weeblemum - Well after 5 goes to get the cannula in they've finally sorted my battered hand and the T chemo is filling my body but I found a new side effect ladies that makes ypu look crazy well for me a bit more crazy than usual maybe the freeze cap or the chemo but weird eh lol and it has this effect! X
