  • That’s such a good idea  and it sounds like you had a lovely memory to store with your granddaughter, another pepper pig fan hey!

The photos sound really fascinating and yes I would think they do stir the memories, it’s surprisingly helpful for us all to do things like that. I had a photo I saw from when I was a child walking along the railway line near the sea wall and I can remember my favourite trick was to signal the drivers to sound the horn, it was fun some did and some were missable and wouldn’t do it, but it was a great memory.

And London Lass thank you again I think when you Google it it's called Dealing with Uncertainty and it's the hardest thing with the diagnosis. I like certainty !  Especially for my family .  It's strange I sit here in the middle of my family but don't tell them how I feel .Well I do but I have to give them a break sometimes. But I come here and confide and get such support. I suppose I'm lucky in so many ways I just never saw this one coming. Thank you real hugs soon xx

I made a new friend at my Mum's this week. Well, he either likes me or my peanuts...

He's SO cute - my Mum calls him 'the naughty one' as after her stroke, she can never find the word squirrel...

Oh, and more new friends - Mum's neighbours keep alpacas in her field. They are funny things - very aloof and they make a really odd squeaking noise! These are the two males - the brown and white one is last year's baby and is very handsome. The brown one is this year's breeding male, and with the best will in the world, has a face only a mother could love!

I open me micers n there was flowers everywhere, "oohh my im dead" gone t heaven, what a surprise. I dint tell me mum I loved her last time I foned". Im not ready to much havoc t cause, I was proper fricky.

Next min I heard this screach felt pain on me arse, it was a lady wakin me up. !!!!!

I had falled ower wall into her prize flower garden n felt sleep. Chris got it next propped agen a trellis , the lady , Betty, noked us to next week n back, we were drunken trollops (true) , bloody riffraff, call us self young ladies (well no actch) but carry on I like the sound of that. Needless t say we did put the garden right and made a friend. Dinner every sun, then local pub. Beltin it wer.

So in Wirral, I showed Chris how t crochett , use a sewing machine. I sed "whats all this about we use to be party animals, childer are growd up lets go pub. Off we went .

Laugh !!!!! We got most of pub arguing wether mashed spuds tasted better if you mash them anti-clockwise or clock-wise ????? ( a small tasty ciggi had been enjoyed,) hence the conversation. I aft say it was funny as most were men . Then goin lav both of us weed b4 we got there, more jokes. Night after I won £120 playing poker, so yeh a gud time was had.
