toxophilite....wow,you have some heavy-duty work going on there ! Sometimes Managers do need to be faced up with their own lack of interest,probably others know but can’t say,so an outside agency works their magic.!

....you are in a very sensitive place right now and people do say some unhelpful things.I agree.Try to stay around warmer,closer people to you if you can...at this time ...outsiders seem so invasive,sometimes,at a time when we need to be nestling and kind to ourselves a bit more.Whwn I wanted to tell people I had cancer a woman came in and started talking at legnth about an inane subject and I remember feeling really upset...’m afraid it is a fact of life that some people don’t have social skills,and just best to keep away when feeling sensitive.In future if you meet someone in your position (that you are in now)at least you will know what to say and not to say.Just be kind to yourself at the moment.
