Can empathise with the aches Tired Minion Keep on going …
Had the first of my shingles vaccine on Monday which resulted in an aching arm, then aching all over with some chills overnight. Hope the second jab is better.

Oh that sounds miserable, Flossie25 , hope it eases quickly.
Bad news today, daughter showed her sore neck node to the harmatologist (found only a week or two back) and he said tests are immediately needed, looks as if it might be back. I’m gutted, she’s been through so much.

Had my oncology review today. I’m aiming for 7 yrs of Letrozole this year then I’ll have a break (4-6 wks). I’ll continue as long as I can tolerate it and also could do something like 3 months on , 1 month off. I was offered a physical check so took that up as I’d not been examined since 2019. So I go forward with a personal, flexible plan. Happy with that.

Sorry to hear about your daughter moomy , love and hugs to you both.
Flossie25 , very interested to read about your oncology appointment, refreshing to see such an individual approach. And re the shingles jabs, I had mine last year and both doses were a bit grim for 24 hours but just that - fine after.
Love to all, HFxx
