Morning all. Been away most of last week (Lisbon) and I’m still recovering !! Aching all over, joints cranky and feel as though I could sleep for a week… the joys of travel. I’ve an oncology appointment this week so I’m requesting a break from Letrozole. I can’t do anything about aging effects
Great to hear from you WhatHappened Snowys Mum

No it’s definitely not flu/virus moomy It’s aging, Letrozole and statin effects after walking much more than usual. Just need to recuperate and keep moving. I’m improving.
Hope you’re ok and going to have a good day.

I’m getting to bed early (it takes a while to organise as Goldie-van isn’t big enough for a fixed bed) as I’m really tired, I was awake early and have kept going all day, I’m yawning now.
Night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe. plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all who wish

@moomy you came up my way but I've just had a long weekend on the Isle of Wight with other half as we have been together 10 years. Lots of walking but now I'm home my legs are achy so bath calling. Been very fortunate with weather. Just plodding on with life! Love to all x
