.
Hello everyone, especially moomy thanks for asking about me.
Firstly must say to April2021 come here anytime if the other forum is quiet. So sorry about your daughter, I hope for best possible outcomes for her. Xx
Well I have been absent due to working loads extra. One nurse is in India for 5 weeks and another has gone off sick for 5 weeks and there is only 7 nurses anyway,.so its been an utter nightmare. The manager has just rung asking me to work tonight and I'm working tomorrow anyway, I don't know why I don't just live there in a cupboard.
So another horrid reason in that Scarlett passed away suddenly one weekend. She was fine on the Saturday, we were sat out in the garden together and I just thought she was a bit heavy breathing but it was very hot, and she was eating her weight in veg as usual. Anyway next morning when I got up for work she was nearly dying gasping. So my daughter met me at work to take her to vet at 8am but she passed before they opened. So I was really upset, feeling like I had failed her in some way. Bless her she was a little love.
So in the middle of feeling absolutely awful, an animal rescue near me put out an appeal that they were overwhelmed with unwanted rabbits and could anyone Foster one. So I messaged saying I had zero experience with rabbits but a big guinea set up in the house and could maybe manage a small one. So a small rabbit was provided and even though he is a Foster I have paid for vaccinations and neuter so I can't see me letting him go.
I still think about Miss Scarlett O'Hara she was a good girl and had a lovely life first at my daughters then here.
Gosh moomy I bet you wish you had never asked. Sorry for yapping on xxx
Oh bless, Snowys Mum , but please draw comfort from all you’d done to give Miss Scarlett such a loving home. And I bet you’ll do exactly the same for wee rabbit……?name?
Please do try not to work quite such long hours?
Hugs xxx
Moomy
Oh Snowy's Mum, I am so very sorry to hear about the passing of Miss Scarlett. But what a wonderful life you gave her and what pleasure her pictures brought to so many of us.
I used to keep rabbits. I do miss them.
April2021 Wishing your daughter well x
Raedd I had 5 intensive sessions of RT. I used bio oil and barely had any redness. Please take your time with your journey to and from tge hospital and maybe stop for a cup of tea along the way. I found I didn't feel exhausted after the RT sessions were all finished so you could well feel OK driving xx

Onwards and flatwards (don't do hills) and keep walking if you can!
moomy the dryrobe is essential! Except in heatwave of course I was able to go to a cafe after my swim today, sit outside and not get cold Chilly wind today. I have to say I prefer days like this than high temperatures!
My daughter bought it as a present It is small, and quite large on me but you can get changed under it and you need the extra length for warmth I also use it for walks in the winter. It means I can sit outside the cafe and watch the birds xx

Love this picture. Shows true grit. We are going to a Caravan holiday soon with my Autistic Epileptic son. Darent go in the sea with him this time. Better stay in the swimming pool where there are life guards. Unfortunately had a seizure whilst swimming last year. Just want happy memories. Maybe do the beach walk and paddle instead. I know someone who swims in the sea, u don't think she's in very ling. Xx
Good to see you’re swimming seaspirit44 ... and that it’s helped your knee xx
