Gawd that's a long time to have pain. My surgery was beginning of Dec. When I stretching out the arm doing exercises it did feel like something was tearing. I get the odd stab after radiotherapy. I had full node clearance and have quite a big scar compared to one I've just seen on here. I just wonder if scar tissue or adhesions could cause pain. No one really mentions it in this kind of surgery but I feel it could be a consequence. I keep doing the exercises but not as much as I should. I try and stretch up though to prevent cording which can happen at any time I have been told. I was a nurse all my working life. I do like working things out. I have to for my son who is Epileptic. Xx

Hi, just wanted to reassure some of you ladies who might not know my full story! My pain isn’t from the breast surgery it is from the sternum surgery I had to remove a tumour in my sternum. In removing it they put two metal plates in to replace the area and rejoin the ribs! So that ‘I think’ is the cause of the pain! Scar tissue maybe?? It’s the not knowing what’s causing it, that makes it difficult to deal with!
Apologies if I worried anyone! Recovery after lumpectomy was very straightforward for me! I was back at work 2wks later!
Sending love to all xxxxx
Bless you LondonLass , wish I could take that pain away!
A busy day today for me, some engineering assistance done then some research this evening ready for a talk on Thursday.
Night night Fruit Loops, sleep well and stay safe, plenty of sleepy fairy dust for all who wish

Thankyou,Snowys Mum …I enjoyed making it,but didn’t sell it as there was interest but people only had payment cards and asked if I would be there next week?but unfortunately it is the Easter egg hunt then so can’t be…My friends loved my cards which seem always to sell best.I love making the stuff but now must work out how to take card payments…otherwise they can use card terminals and pay into Church but won’t have a tally…I love the names of your guineas xxand “Auntie Ruthie would have been there at the tea urn”!wow what a connection!!
