Thank you. Dad didn't want funeral so it's a private cremation. Unattended too. We won't be there. We all managed to see him before he passed and that's how we want to remember him. We took his most worn favourite clothes for him to wear and he has his old knitted ted to go in coffin to keep him company. X

Wow such a lot to catch up on. moomy tell son to test again, I tested positive after feeling rubbish with a cold and positive but was negative in day after. It was nothing like the Covid I had in May/June.
Tired Minion I 200% agree with remembering him as he was.

I was up early taking SIL to work for his Xmas party and picked him up about an hour ago. Had lunch with sibling today. Crap food, great company!

Bit fluey and down mood this morning which is usual SE .
Present wrapping today youngest grandson ( 23) arrives on Thursday til Xmas day evening . His sister and partner come Sat and are here for lunch so including their mother who moved back with us three month ago there will be 6 for Xmas lunch ..and Boxing Day .Then 27 our son and partner arrive from Norfolk to see his daughter our youngest grandchild (22) and celebrate Xmas at our house ………then 28th I’m running away to Cumbria with leftovers

Im delaying going to daughters till Thursday, just in case, as I think the latest Covid variants have a 3-5 day incubation. Testing as I had a rough night - again! (Probably stress)
