I do understand you not wanting the steroids,and I am very sorry it has affected your mental health.

i hope you can find some peace amongst it all to get some health-giving sleep.

I was interested in the discussion of none-active Cbdoil recently,and today I took the plunge and got some spray.I have to ask my GP if I can take it with my other meds …but would welcome the pain relief in my joints.Soes anybody know what the dosage is for pain control…I know it is a build-up affect.

I hope all are managing more sleep.I have found amitriptilin helps me…just one a night and it builds up in the system.I found waking earlier and going to bed earlier helped too,Re -adjusted my sleep pattern.

Hoping all can get a little more sleep.Oh-am also investing in thermal blackout curtains too…as I find the bright light and light curtains don’t help.

Motherland watchers.  Daughter just told me a Christmas special on Netflix and whole of series 3.  Series 3 is also on iplayer but only 1 a week.

Violetsniff I take the low dose Love Hemp CBD oil.  I use dropper - one full one a night in one of the flavours as it doesn't taste yucky.  I couldn't get in with spray . 

Thankyou Grogg.I looked through the three the lady in the health shop recommended and found the spray I could afford.Also if I am walking and get the pain I can just get it out of my handbag and have a quickie spray!

CBD is very variable, Violetsniff but the effect does build steadily. I take a very small amount of a strong one as then the taste is not too bad! I’ve found one I like (ish!) but it isn’t cheap. However since it’s such a small amount it’s lasting a long time and it’s a bigger bottle than most too. 

I’ve kept falling asleep since I got home, just managed to cook a ready-meal and ate at my usual time and then zzz, woke, watched a silly programme, zzz, woke, changed channels, zzz, you get the drift.

now off to bed and expect this is when I will wake up!

The spray often on offer at Holland & Barrett & Boots  I bulk buy when  reduced!  I have 5 in my drawer already.  A bottle lasts me about a month.  

Owww Lacomtekp, your dear mum looks so very happy - these ladies in their 90's seem to carry it well - my sweet mum looks better than me .... I do say '90 is the new 70' .  

One thing is for sure your dear mum is having a far better time there with you than back here - to think what you have said what they went through back at your sisters - we can all see how far your mum has come since being at yours - so lovely.

Grogg, thank you for the details about the oil.  My dear mum has being having terrible pain in the morning when getting out of bed and also is showing bad arthritis in her knee.... I will look into this - Thank you.

Have any of your lovely ladies and gents had the steroid injection, it is given in the knee between the joints - apparently gives pain relief and lasts some 6 months or so...

Wondering what are the good and bad sides to it - any thoughts please?? 

Owww Northerner, I have sat here and thought and thought about your daughter and who she takes after - hmmm, geee this is difficult - I mean swimming in the north sea in the month of November   and you say 'this is YOUR daughter doing this'!!!
