.
Have a lovely trip moomy.
Mag123. I've been following Bowelbabe since she announced her her worsening health and started fundraising. I took an interest I think as I lost my mother to bowel cancer in 1988, just weeks after diagnosis and its fantastic how far treatment has improved, which like breast cancer includes age related screening. She has certainly left a legacy raising awareness and generating millions to fund research. I liked her honestly when called the dreaded brave by saying she was scared, sad, angry etc that her time was short and she wasn't ready to leave her family.
In other news I'm rocking it tomorrow at Elton John concert, My daughter & son in law were supposed to come with us but she's not well enough so a couple of our friends joining us.
Yes she really did wonders for raising awareness about the disease. So serene and beautiful to the end. I am so sorry to hear you lost your mum to the disease.
Have a wonderful time at tge EJ concert. It will be brilliant.Such a performer! I saw him at Wembley Arena 30 years ago!
Hi all remember I posted when my niece had a successful interview with NE Ambulance service as a paramedic ……well she got her degree results today and my former wild child niece got a First Class Honours .
Couldn’t be happier or more proud of her .
Oh, congratulations to them, Northerner! What super news!
